General information about the order process and delivery

The sticker is produced once the payment has been confirmed by the bank or paypal which generally means in between the first and third working day after the order.
All stickers are shipped in rigid packaging.
Delivery will be taken in charge originally by the French La Poste followed by local delivery companies.


You have 3 delivery options:

- PREMIUM SHIPPING:

sticker-forever.com recommand this delivery method. This is the fastest and most secure option provided by the French La Poste.
This delivery should take in between 2 to 5 days for EU and Switzerland, and 2 to 6 days anywhere else in the World.

*If you would like to receive your tracking code, please contact us at contact@sticker-forever.comand ask for it. You will be then able to track your parcel on coliposte.fr till its destinations for the following countries: United States of America, European Union, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Croatia, Iceland, Norway, South Africa, Israel, Marocco, Tunisia, Brasil, China, South Corea, Japan, Hong Kong, Russia, Singapour. For all other destinations and Estonia, the tracking ends at the French border. In any case, your signature at the reception of the parcel ensure you get your parcel in good conditions.

In the case you would chose this tracking delivery option, we would offer you warranties in the case:
a. your order get lost
b. your order get damaged or uncomplete (some items get lost during transportation)

What to do to benefit from your warranty :
a. if the order get lost: You should report to us at contact@sticker-forever.comthat your order apparently take too long. We should then wait for La Poste to reckognize that your parcel is lost. We will then reproduce your order and resend it to you. We will also offer you a €5 coupon as a compensation in this case.
b. if your order is damaged meaning that at least one item of your order is damaged or missing, you MUST then fill in a official report with the postman when you get the parcel where you clearly mention that the parcel is damaged and some items inside are damaged or missing.
You can keep the parcel, but you do have to report it correctly with the postman when you get your parcel in order to benefit from our warranty.
When we will get the confirmation that La poste acknowledge the responsability for the damage or the loss (this may take up to 21 days after you report the issue with the postman), we will then produce your order again and resend it to you and we will also offer you a €5 coupon as compensation.
c. if there is an issue with one sticker, please take a picture of the sticker and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Explain what the problem is and we will sort out the problem if we acknowledge that we are responsible for the issue.



-STANDARD SHIPPING (STD):

Sticker-forever.com also recommends this delivery  tracking delivery option.
This delivery should take in between 4 to 5 days for EU and Switzerland, and 4 to 10 days anywhere else in the World.

We will be able to provide you the tracking code and follow your parcel traveling till the franch border. After that , your signature at the reception ensures you get your parcel in good conditions.
If you would like to receive your tracking code, please contact us at contact@sticker-forever.comand ask for it. You will be then able to track your parcel on coliposte.fr.

In the case you would chose this tracking delivery option, we would offer you warranties in the case:

- ECONOMIC SHIPPING (ECO):

It is the cheapest shipping option we found for you to get your stickers. However we can not guarantee anything with this delivery option.
Normal delivery should last between 4 to 5 Days for EU and switzerland, 4 to 10 days anywhere else

The obvious advantage of this option is the low price, but in order to take it you must:
1. be confident in our company as we won't be able to prove you by any means that we have sent the sticker as there is no tracking system with this option (like you when you send a regular letter)
2. in the delivery system of the French La Poste (equivalent of Royal Mail in UK, Deutshe Post in Germany...) as neither you or our company will get a possibility of tracking the parcel along the way.
3. understand and accept that because 1 & 2, our company is unable to provide any warranty whatsoever:
a. about the duration of the delivery
b. in case the parcel or letter is lost
c. in case the parcel or letter is damaged.
To be as clear as possible and as transparent as possible, in the case you would choose this low cost delivery option, our company will NOT reproduce the sticker and will NOT resend it for any reasons.
